Seaweed from eastern coast of Malaysia

Heard talk of Sabahan seaweed of late.  Got to try 'em myself.   With high collagen content, you can say its just one of "women's" whims not to not try it! Here's how it look like...hmm...


Cook em in hot boiling water...make sure to soak em 1st.  You won't want to take in those salt!  Wait awhile..i give it around half hour.  Clean well, then boil till it gets jelly-like.  You'll want to add a piece of dried tamarind to overcome the smell or put in a twist of lemon.  I made chinese soup garnished with chicken meat, after garlic's stir fry.  Add a little salt to taste, maybe a little sugar....then last, add an egg.

Try em...a little difference in what you take in won't hurt.  I think of them as complementary health food.  Why not... give it a try!  Best yet...it's just about everywhere.  If you can't locate them, locate me...haha!
